Delete In the App
- 1Open the SwimHub app
- 2Go to Settings
- 3Select Delete Account
- 4Confirm the deletion request
Subscription Notice
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
What Happens When Deleted
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Your personal data associated with the account will be deleted
- Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, billing, or transaction records
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 30 days, depending on legal and technical requirements.
