Changes to the Service
SwimHub is dedicated to ensuring the application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to modify the application or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
Your Responsibilities
The application stores and processes personal data you have provided in order to deliver the service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the application.
We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may expose your phone to security risks and may result in the application not functioning correctly.

Connectivity & Data
Some features require an active internet connection. SwimHub cannot be held responsible if the application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's agreement terms still apply. You accept responsibility for any data charges, including roaming charges when applicable.
Updates & Termination
SwimHub may update the application at any point. The application is available as per the requirements of your operating system, and system requirements may change over time.
SwimHub does not guarantee that the application will always be updated to remain compatible with all operating system versions. We may also cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time.
